Dermatology Advice & Guidance
Clinical Partnership is a new Teledermatology provider who will be providing advice and guidance in respect of skin queries. All referrals will be dealt with by a Consultant Dermatologist. In order to streamline the advice and guidance pathway and maximise the resources available, practices will need to send all skin advice and guidance requests via the new Clinical Partnership Teledermatology provider.
Practices using Accurx are able to take images using a Dermascope or by using the Accurx system, which can be uploaded onto the Worldnet Web based system used by Clinical Partnership to complete the referral for Advice and Guidance. If the outcome of the A&G process is that a routine referral to BHNFT is required, the telederm provider will automatically undertake this for practices i.e as occurs now for any telederm referral that are picked up as a suspected cancer.
